This year Chris Walden embarks on a new musical adventures as he founded the PACIFIC JAZZ ORCHESTRA, LA’s resident 40-piece ensemble for jazz and beyond. The inaugural concert season starts this fall with concerts featuring Ledisi, TAKE 6, Rufus Wainwright, Aaron Tveit, and many more.

Chris Walden served again as the lead arranger for the 96th Oscars telecast and he recently wrote music for these Film & TV projects:
UNITED STATES VS. ANDRE NORMAN - Documentary feature film
PENA AJENA - TV comedy series on Pantaya, score for 10 episodes
HALFTIME - Jennifer Lopez documentary on Netflix, arr. end title song

Chris recently conducted the Metropole Orkest in Holland, as well as WDR Big Band in Cologne, Germany.
